1. These terms of rules define the limitations and policies that you need to follow while using our website. While using our website we may collect sets of information from our users to provide you with our services seamlessly. Also for any support and reference, we need to take this information to recognize you as a unique user of our services. However, we do not keep any sensitive information of our users, and it is discarded as soon as the task is completed. If you do not agree to such use of your information, you may choose to stop using our website and other services that we offer. Please read these terms properly before making any reservation.

    

   1. Services

    

   Our services include destination planning, itinerary customizations, transportation booking, accommodation reservation, visa, and documentation assistance.

    

   2. Memberships

    

   2.1 Membership purchase- The second party hereby unconditionally agrees to purchase membership of CROWNE SUITS AND HOLIDAYS PVT LTD, and CROWNE SUITS AND HOLIDAYS PVT LTD accepts the same, subject to this agreement.

    

   2.2 Application and membership fees- The application for membership of CROWNE SUITS AND HOLIDAYS PVT LTD membership along with a copy of proof of identity and proof of address need to be submitted. The membership fees mentioned should be paid via Cheque /Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/UPI. favoring "Crowne Suits and Holidays Pvt Ltd."  payable at the location in which the agreement is finalized.

    

   2.3 Holiday bookings- Members can book holidays according to the Plan they adopted. All holidays are subject to availability, booking requests should be sent to our booking manager by mail or personally 30 to 45 days before the scheduled holiday.

    

   2.4 Membership cancellation- This membership is a limited-time offer, if one does not pay the full amount within the stipulated time, then the membership will be canceled.

    

   3. Transfer of Membership

   3.1 This membership is valid for a specified period and is transferable only after the full membership amount has been paid.

   4. Membership ID generation

    

   4.1 The process of generating a membership ID will take 30 days from the date of purchase.

    

   5. In the event of any issues arising

    

   5.1 The decision of the management of CROWNE SUITS AND HOLIDAYS would be the final all matters relating to the admission of members.

   5.2 Apart from these Terms and Conditions as mentioned above all other statutes as applicable shall be binding on the members. Any problem arising from the sudden change in law would be an Act of State and the company would not be held responsible.

   5.3 It is agreed between the parties herein that in the event of any disputes, claims, or differences arising under the present purchase agreement, the same shall be referred to ARBITRATION under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996; and amendments thereof, by arbitrator to the appointed by the company herein the AWARD passed by the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties herein and the courts in Kolkata alone shall have Jurisdiction.

   6. Booking and Payment

    

   6.1 Reservation confirmation- When you book any of our tour plans you will get a confirmation email, to your registered email from us. This is to review that all of the itineraries, and facilities mentioned are feasible from our end.

    

   6.2 Payment- For reservation, we will be requiring a non-refundable payment from your end.

    

   6.3 Remaining Balance Payment- The remaining balance must be paid as per a payment schedule which will be informed to you. Failure to pay the remaining fees within alignment with the schedule will result in the cancellation of the tour.

    

   7. Cancellation and Refunds

    

   7.1 Regarding the cancellation of a tour, you must provide that in writing, within the stipulated time frame which is (period).

    

   7.2 Cancellation by [CROWNE SUITS AND HOLIDAYS PVT LTD]- Not frequently but there are cases when we have to cancel the tour for reasons that are beyond our control. These cases may be natural disasters, major political conflicts at the destination, insufficient bookings, etc. In such cases, we are liable to offer you a full refund or an alternative tour of your choice.

    

   However, you are liable to pay any extra cost that may be added to the alternative tour.

    

   8. Hotel Accommodations

    

   8.1 Ownership and commissions- Hotel accommodations provided by [CROWNE SUITS AND HOLIDAYS PVT LTD] are owned by third-party property owners. We act as an intermediary between you and the hotel so that we can conclude a proper accommodation for you in the package itself. [CROWNE SUITS AND HOLIDAYS PVT LTD] will receive a commission from the property owners upon successfully providing them with clients.

    

   8.2 Quality Assurance- While choosing hotels for you we make sure that they are of the highest quality in terms of services, from staff, food, and room quality. However, we are not responsible for any disputes and dissatisfaction arising during your stay at the hotel. We request you address any complaints or concerns to the respected hotel management.

    

   9. Travel Documentation & Insurance

    

   9.1 Passport and Visa- Regarding any travel documents, you must ensure to take valid documents, like the passport visa, and other related documents that you would for the particular trip you have booked.

    

   9.2 Travel Insurance- We strongly recommend you to get travel insurance for cases regarding, trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. [CROWNE SUITS AND HOLIDAYS PVT LTD] will not be liable to pay any compensation for unforeseen losses and circumstances.

    

   10. Liability

    

   10.1 Limitation of Liability- [CROWNE SUITS AND HOLIDAYS PVT LTD] is not liable to compensate for losses that do not fall under our limitation. This includes any personal injury, property damage, loss, delay, or expense arising from factors that are not under our control, like natural disasters, acts of terrorism, strikes, and transportation delays.

    

   11. Miscellaneous

    

   11.1. Changes to Itinerary: [CROWNE SUITS AND HOLIDAYS PVT LTD] solely reserves the right to make changes to various tour itineraries, accommodations, and any other facilities. These changes would only be done to make things easy for our customers and ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
