1. Introduction

 

1.1 [CROWNE SUITS AND HOLIDAYS PVT LTD] always ensures to provide you with a seamless travel experience. However, there are always exceptions due to which you may need to cancel, or get a refund for any of our services. This refund policy, therefore, presents our guidelines regarding the cancellation, refunds, and returns for our tour packages.

 

2. Cancellation & Refund

 

2.1 Cancellation by you- If the cancellation is initiated by you, you have to notify us with a written notice 5 days before the tour commencement. The mentioned cancellation fees will apply which is Rs. 5000+ GST, and the refund amount will be affected by the timing of your cancellation and cancellation policy.

 

2.2 Refunds- Refunds will be provided to you subtracting the reservation amount which is pre-mentioned as non-refundable. It is expected that the customers to provide us with a reasonable time to transfer the refund to your bank account.

3.1 We will keep you informed about the status of your tour cancellation and the refund process.

 

4. Exceptions

 

In case of events like natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or political conflicts, leading to the cancellation of the tour/trip, we may change our refund policy due to the adversity of the situation. You will also be notified about the changes made promptly.
