By making a booking, purchasing a membership, making a payment, or using any service provided by Crowne Suits and Holidays Pvt Ltd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Our Services
Crowne Suits and Holidays Pvt Ltd provides tour and travel-related services, including but not limited to:
- Holiday and tour packages
- Hotel and luxury resort bookings
- Travel-related arrangements
- Accommodation services
- Membership-based holiday benefits and services
- Other travel and hospitality services offered by the Company from time to time
The availability, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and conditions of individual services may vary depending on the package, hotel, resort, destination, season, and applicable supplier terms.
3. Membership Plans
Crowne Suits and Holidays Pvt Ltd may offer membership plans that provide eligible members with specified travel, accommodation, holiday, or other benefits.
Membership benefits are subject to the specific membership plan purchased by the customer and the terms communicated at the time of enrollment.
Membership benefits:
- Are subject to availability and applicable booking conditions.
- May have blackout dates, seasonal restrictions, minimum-stay requirements, or other limitations.
- May not be transferable unless expressly permitted by the Company.
- Must be used within the validity period specified under the applicable membership plan.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly approved by the Company in writing.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue a particular membership benefit where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and the terms of the customer’s membership.
4. Customer Registration and Information
For membership registration and service delivery, we may collect information including:
- Customer’s full name
- Phone/mobile number
- Date of birth
- Membership or date of joining
- Residential or correspondence address
- Other information reasonably required to provide the requested service
Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
If any information provided by a customer is incorrect or incomplete, the Company shall not be responsible for any resulting inconvenience, delay, booking issue, or inability to provide a service where such issue arises from the incorrect information.
5. Booking and Confirmation
A booking or service request is considered confirmed only after the Company has received the required payment and issued or communicated confirmation to the customer.
A quotation, availability indication, or verbal discussion does not by itself constitute a confirmed booking.
Hotels, resorts, transportation providers, and other travel suppliers may have their own terms, conditions, check-in/check-out rules, identification requirements, cancellation policies, and restrictions. Customers are required to comply with such applicable conditions.
6. Pricing
Prices quoted by the Company may vary depending on availability, travel dates, seasonality, hotel/resort rates, taxes, government charges, supplier pricing, and other applicable costs.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, the customer shall be responsible for any additional charges not included in the selected package or service.
The Company reserves the right to correct genuine pricing or administrative errors before confirmation of a booking.
7. Payment Terms
Customers may make payments through payment methods accepted by Crowne Suits and Holidays Pvt Ltd.
Where applicable, payments may be made manually through:
- Debit Card
- Credit Card
- Online Banking / Internet Banking
- UPI
- Cash
A booking, membership, or service may require full or partial payment as specified by the Company.
Customers should retain their payment receipt, transaction reference, or other proof of payment until the relevant service has been completed.
The Company will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by a bank, payment service provider, card issuer, UPI service, or other third-party payment system.
8. Cash Payments
Where cash payment is accepted, customers should obtain an official receipt or acknowledgement from the Company.
Customers are advised not to make payments to unauthorized individuals or accounts claiming to represent Crowne Suits and Holidays Pvt Ltd.
The Company shall only recognize payments that can be verified through its official records.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on:
- The type of service or package purchased
- The cancellation date
- Hotel/resort or supplier cancellation policies
- Membership terms
- Amount already paid to third-party suppliers
- Applicable taxes, fees, and administrative charges
Where a service is subject to a non-refundable policy, the applicable amount may not be refundable.
Any refund approved by the Company will generally be processed through the applicable payment method, subject to applicable banking/payment processing timelines.
The specific cancellation and refund terms applicable to a booking or membership will prevail where they have been separately communicated to the customer in writing.
10. Changes to Bookings
Requests to change travel dates, hotels, destinations, guest details, room categories, packages, or other booking information are subject to availability and applicable charges.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate customer requests but does not guarantee that requested changes will be possible.
Any additional charges resulting from a customer-requested change shall be payable by the customer.
11. Hotel and Resort Services
Hotel and resort facilities, room categories, amenities, meal plans, check-in/check-out times, and other services are provided according to the policies of the respective property.
The Company acts as a travel service provider/arranger and may rely on information supplied by hotels, resorts, and other third-party service providers.
The Company shall not be responsible for temporary closure, maintenance, renovation, changes in facilities, or service limitations imposed by a hotel or resort where such matters are outside the Company’s reasonable control.
12. Travel Documents and Identification
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they possess all documents required for their travel or accommodation, including valid identification, permits, visas, tickets, and other applicable documents.
Customers should verify the documentation requirements applicable to their destination before travelling.
The Company shall not be responsible for losses, cancellations, denied boarding, denied entry, or other consequences arising from incorrect, expired, missing, or insufficient travel documents.
13. Third-Party Service Providers
Certain services may be provided by third parties, including hotels, resorts, transportation companies, airlines, activity providers, payment processors, and other travel suppliers.
Such services may be subject to the respective third party’s terms and conditions.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to work with reputable service providers but shall not be liable for circumstances arising solely from the acts, omissions, negligence, service failures, delays, cancellations, or policy decisions of independent third-party providers, except to the extent required by applicable law.
14. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Make payments within the specified time.
- Follow hotel, resort, travel, and membership rules.
- Maintain valid identification and travel documents.
- Follow applicable laws and regulations.
- Treat hotel, resort, Company, and third-party staff respectfully.
- Not misuse membership benefits.
- Not provide false or misleading information.
- Not use the Company’s services for unlawful purposes.
15. Personal Information and Privacy
Crowne Suits and Holidays Pvt Ltd may collect and process customer information necessary for registration, membership administration, booking, communication, payment processing, customer support, and service delivery.
The information collected may include the customer’s name, phone number, date of birth, membership/joining date, address, and other information reasonably required for the relevant service.
The Company will use customer information for legitimate business and service-related purposes and will take reasonable measures to protect such information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
Customer information may be shared with relevant service providers, payment processors, hotels, resorts, or other parties where reasonably necessary to provide the requested service or where required or permitted by applicable law.

16. Communications
By providing contact information, customers agree that the Company may contact them regarding:
- Booking confirmations
- Membership information
- Payment-related matters
- Changes to bookings
- Customer support

Where required by applicable law, customers may be provided with appropriate options regarding promotional communications.
17. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for failure, delay, cancellation, or interruption of services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Floods, earthquakes, storms, or extreme weather
- Epidemics or pandemics
- Government restrictions or orders
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, or political disturbances
- Strikes or industrial disputes
- Transportation disruptions
- Hotel or supplier closures
- Technical failures
- Internet, telecommunications, banking, or payment-system failures
- Other unforeseen circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control
In such circumstances, the Company will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer in finding an appropriate alternative or obtaining any refund that may be available from the relevant supplier, subject to the applicable terms.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crowne Suits and Holidays Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of its services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
19. Misuse and Fraud
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership, booking, or service where there is reasonable evidence of:
- Fraudulent activity
- False or misleading information
- Unauthorized use of membership benefits
- Payment fraud
- Abuse of Company staff or service providers
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Any unlawful activity
Any refund in such circumstances shall be determined in accordance with applicable law and the relevant booking or membership terms.
20. Intellectual Property
All Company branding, logos, website content, text, graphics, photographs, designs, and other materials belonging to Crowne Suits and Holidays Pvt Ltd are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No material may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission from the Company, except where permitted by law.
21. Amendments to These Terms
Crowne Suits and Holidays Pvt Ltd may update or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in its services, business practices, legal requirements, or operational requirements.
The updated Terms & Conditions will be published on the Company’s website or otherwise communicated where appropriate.
The version applicable at the time of booking or membership enrollment will generally govern that transaction, subject to applicable law and any separately agreed terms.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the services provided by the Company shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over Durgapur, West Bengal, India.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue to remain effective.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable booking confirmation, membership agreement, package-specific terms, cancellation/refund policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the terms governing the relationship between the customer and Crowne Suits and Holidays Pvt Ltd in relation to the relevant service.
Where specific written terms have been provided for a particular membership, booking, or package, those specific terms shall apply to the extent of any inconsistency.
