The booking process with crowne team was smooth. They had assigned an excellent driver who gave us a lot of info and tips during our trip. The hotels provided with the package were good as well.

Overall the trip was very good. Everything was nicely planned and well coordinated by the travel agency.It was a good hotel serving nice breakfast but their housekeeping services are pretty slow. Thank you for setting up such an amazing trip for them and taking care of all the details!
